SLACC is governed by a board of directors residing both in Sri Lanka and Australia, representing diverse business entities. 

Current President, Kalum De Silva, who is a Sri Lankan Australian, has over 15 years of experience in private equity investments. 

SLACC founding Director Jeevan Gnanam and Vice President Dhammika Ganegama are both successful entrepreneurs. They have contributed immensely towards the entrepreneurial development of youth in Sri Lanka. 

Founding Director – Andrew Seaton is based in Sydney. Andrew is a leading lawyer, with over 25 years of experience.

SLACC is supported by a secretariat based in Colombo, and a registered office in Sydney Australia.
